k8game accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. k8game does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges independently of k8game.
Deposits made to your k8game account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source where possible, subject to applicable fees and processing times.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically feasible. k8game reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal. All transactions on k8game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no hidden currency conversions. Your account balance, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements are all denominated and displayed in PKR.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by k8game are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise, all bonus amounts credited to your k8game account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. k8game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of a request from a relevant regulatory authority.
You may request to close your k8game account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and applicable processing times.
Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. All unused bonuses, free spins, and promotional rewards are forfeited. Closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
